Week beginning: 17.4.18.

This week, we will be revising rounding skills and dividing by 10 and 100. Our unit will be around converting pence to pound and vice versa, adding and subtracting money amounts as well as exploring money through investigations.
This week, we will be starting a Persuasive/Argument unit and we will look closely at the features of discursive texts linking to current issues. The children will begin by identifying them and then beginning to use them in their own writing towards the end of the week as well as opportunities to debate both sides of the argument.

There will be no topic for the next three weeks due to Year 4 going swimming and learning all about Life Saving skills.
